We utilize advanced technology to ensure seamless access to both the lobby and your personal suite, allowing for effortless entry and exit throughout your stay. Although you won't find a traditional front desk, our dedicated team remains available 24/7 at the touch of a button, ensuring a contactless yet connected experience from arrival to departure.

A refundable $250 damage deposit is required for your stay. This deposit helps cover any potential damages beyond normal wear and tear. It will be fully refunded 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. We appreciate your care and respect for our home!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

This property is self-check-in and the lock is opened via a keypad on the front door. We'll send your door access code and check in instructions 24 hours before your arrival.

For your convenience, each room is equipped with a secure door code system, ensuring privacy and security during your stay. Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, everything you need is just a step away.

Please note that there is an elevator at the property to access the higher floors. There are also stairs to access the floors. This unit also has stairs inside to access the bedrooms and the roof deck.

PARKING:
There is no parking at the property. We highly suggest using a ride share app to get to and from the hotel. If you do bring a vehicle, there is paid, public parking located one block away at SP+ Parking, 800 Chestnut St.

GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Philadelphia to have a good time, but out of respect to the other guests and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $100 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

SECURITY:
For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.
